We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@emilyshalant.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will charge a flat rate of $20.00 per return that will be deducted from your refund for domestic orders (USA), on complete returns. If you keep a minimum of one item in your order, the return fee will be waived.

International orders (shipped outside the USA) are NOT eligible for return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

Contact us sales@emilyshalant.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It's easy to make a young, beautiful woman look amazing, but our aim has always been to highlight the beauty in each of us at any age. We attribute a lot of our success to our dedication to the perfect fit. Simply put, you don’t need to be a size two to look amazing; our fit accommodates all shapes and sizes.
