New York Native Emily Shalant has designed many of the brands you have known and loved for years before launching her eponymous line in 2020. Her love of clean, classic silhouettes, feminine details and an expertise in specialized fabric development has made for a creative take on all your beloved pieces.  Your favorite tee made from tiny pearls, your favorite tank in soft, delicious jersey and adorned in crystals makes dressing up easy and always elegant.  Emily’s look is glamorous, but simple and timeless.  Her designs are an investment and will live in your closet for years to come.

Emily studied at Syracuse university and landed her first job as assistant designer at Anne Klein. From there, she worked for large companies specializing in launching new labels, which became some of the best selling lines in the market.  She married and had 2 boys before being widowed while they were very young.  More determined than ever to bring her personal vision to life, she launched the Emily Shalant line with Evelyn Anastos as president and her business  partner, and her very first collection was worn by Princess Marie of Denmark to the Queen’s 50th Jubilee.
